To reduce packing errors and shipping damage, we upgraded order verification, garment inspection and packing. Every order is checked again for style, color, size and quantity before sealing.
Light-colored and crease-sensitive products receive individual protection, and outer cartons are matched to product volume. Tracking details appear in the order page after dispatch.
The new process now applies to all online orders, and we will continue refining it through customer feedback.
